Uncalibrated Hearing Check

Listen to six tones with headphones, one ear at a time, and record the volume settings. This is not a calibrated hearing test.

Uncalibrated Hearing Check

Listen to six tones between 250 Hz and 8 kHz through headphones, one ear at a time. For each tone, report whether you hear it at the displayed volume. The graph records those volume settings. Device output is not calibrated, so this activity does not measure hearing thresholds or diagnose hearing loss.

  • 🎧 Headphones are required β€” each ear is tested separately

  • πŸ”Š Set your system volume to a comfortable, moderate level first

First, play a test sound and set a comfortable volume.

This is not a medical hearing test. Device and headphone output is not calibrated, and results can vary with your equipment, fit, room noise and volume. Stop if any sound feels uncomfortable. For hearing concerns, consult an audiologist.
